NOTE: HAMS MUST BE ORDERD AT LEAST 12 DAYS PRIOR TO DESIRED DELIVERY DATE TO ALLOW FOR PROPER CURE TIMES.
There is no better way to please everyone than with a freshly-slaughtered, home-cured bone-in Ham with a sweet-n-spicy Apricot glaze!
Our hams are purchased fresh, within 24 hours of slaughter right here in Brookshire, Texas, and immediately prepped, trimmed and placed in our proprietary wet-cure brine for a minimum of 2 1/2 days per pound.
NOTE: YOUR REQUEST MUST THEREFORE BE MADE AT LEAST 13 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE YOU NEED DELIVERY!!!! Sorry, no exceptions.
Once properly cured, each ham is dried and seasoned with our soon-to-be-famous rub(s) and then slow-smoked using natural hickory hardwood for anywhere from 13-15 hours until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Once 150F internal is reached, the Ham is 1/2 sliced 1/2 inch deep and then glazed with a spicy Apricot glaze (spicy, but too much) until the internal temperature reaches 165-170 degrees. For those desiring additional glaze "on the side", we will provide you an additional 8 ounces of glaze to complement the Ham.
Note: Delivery to your home is included. Your Ham will be completely and securely blanket-wrapped in foil to ease in refrigeration and/or reheaiting. Re-heating is easy and instructions are included at delivery.

Smoked bone-in Ham (order by the pound, please)
Re-heating your Ham is easy, if necessary.
- Pre-heat your oven to 200
- Place your foil-wrapped pan and Ham in the oven (DO NOT UNWRAP THE FOILS).
- Slowly heat for 8-10 minutes per pound.
Once warm to desired serving temperature, unwrap the foils carefully as there will be flavorful juices in the bottom of the foil which are great for drizzling over your newly-sliced Ham.

- Tuesday the 26th between 5pm and 6pm
- Wednesday the 27th between 5pm and 6pm
- Thanksgiving Day, the 28th, between 11am and 1pm.
