Popular and traditional Cajun/Creole dish!! Note VERY SPICY!




Dish includes 3 lbs of fresh gulf shrimp, 3 lbs of home-made (spicy) boudain, and home-made Andouille sausage along with fresh corn, bell peppers, shallots, garlic, cayenne peppers - all pre-smoked with the shrimp and sausage and then sauteed on the smoker in a light cream sauce.


Due to time to prepare, smoke and overall cost of ingredients, only custom requests for this item will be accepted.
