Cherry Chipotle Baby Back Ribs are purchased fresh from a slaughterhouse in Brookshire, Texas. They are then dressed in a dry rub which sets for 24 hours, smoked with fresh hickory hardwoods, and then lightly brushed with cherry-chipotle sauce which is a perfect blend of sweet and spice - and that's a mild spice, by the way.
One rack will serve 3-4 people ...... and each rack is easily re-heated for some excellent leftovers.
